Leads2Profit ("we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, and share your data when you interact with our advertisements, quizzes, and lead generation forms.

We operate in strict compliance with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) and the National Credit Act 34 of 2005 (NCA).

We only collect personal information that you voluntarily provide to us for the specific purpose of seeking debt relief assistance. The specific data points we collect are:

  • Name and Surname
  • Email Address
  • Contact Number
  • Total Debt Amount
  • Salary / Income details
  • Current Debt Review Status (Yes/No)

3. Purpose of Processing

By providing your information, you understand and agree that we process your data for the sole purpose of:

  • Assessing your potential eligibility for debt review or debt counselling services.
  • Facilitating a "Call Back" as explicitly requested by you.
  • Connecting you with a registered Debt Counsellor who can assist you with your debt rehabilitation.

4. Disclosure and Sharing of Information (Strictly Regulated)

Please read this section carefully.

In accordance with Section 68(1)(b) of the National Credit Act, we protect the confidentiality of your information. We do not sell your personal information to random third parties or unauthorized marketers.

However, by submitting your details on our platform, you explicitly direct and authorize us to share your information with a registered Debt Counsellor (or a panel of selected Debt Counsellors) for the purpose of contacting you.

  • Consumer Direction: You acknowledge that this transfer of data is performed at your specific direction to enable the service you requested (the call back).
  • Business Relationship: You acknowledge that Leads2Profit may receive a referral fee or marketing fee from the Debt Counsellor for facilitating this connection. This does not constitute an unlawful "sale of personal information" but is a service fee for the marketing lead you requested.

We will not share your information for any purpose other than what is permitted by the NCA or directed by you.

5. Consumer Consent and Rights

By clicking "Submit" (or "Request Call Back") on our forms:

  • Explicit Consent: You consent to the processing of your personal information as described in this policy.
  • Right to Withdraw: You may withdraw your consent at any time before your information is transferred. Once transferred to a Debt Counsellor, you must contact them directly to manage your data.
  • Right to Access: You have the right to ask us what personal information we hold about you.
  • Right to Correction: You may request that we update or correct your personal information.

6. Compliance with NCR Circular 04 of 2022

Leads2Profit acknowledges the National Credit Regulator's warning regarding the unlawful sale of debt review leads. We confirm that:

  • We do not compile or sell lists of consumers without their knowledge.
  • We only process information where the consumer has actively clicked our advertisement, taken our quiz, and requested assistance.
  • We only share information with registered parties as directed by the consumer, in compliance with Section 68 of the NCA.

7. Security

We employ industry-standard security measures to protect your data from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. However, no transmission over the internet is completely secure, and you provide your information at your own risk.
